Activités illicites de braconnage.

Sur la photo, on aperçoit des enfants. La plupart d’entre eux sont des OEV (orphelins et enfants vulnérables). Certains ont bénéficié de fournitures scolaires. Ils sont connus comme des enfants soldats en devenir. Leur prise en charge scolaire est d’une grande nécessité.
